Joinex Supplies Glass Sections to New Government Offices

Over the years, Joinex has supplied products and knowledge to several prominent projects. The new Swedish embassy in Washington the other year is just one example. Now it’s time for the next high-end project when the Central Post Office on Vasagatan in Stockholm is refurbished to house the Swedish government. Joinex is supplying and installing glass sections for close to 300 offices, group rooms and rest rooms on seven floors.

”They’re painted glass sections in solid pine”, Roland Andersson, salesman at Joinex, says.
The developer is the National Property Board who acquired the Central Post Office building in 2004 and the tenants for the next few years will be parts of the Swedish Government Offices now that their present offices in Södra Klara are being refurbished. The whole rebuild is estimated to be ready in April 2008.
An important objective for the National Property Board is to provide good and cost-efficient premises and environments. Another objective is to achieve this while showing consideration for this fine old building being nationally listed.
”At Joinex, we have an extensive experience in adapting to different cultural environments, not least from several different private and public projects in the Stockholm area”, says Roland.

| Joinex is also installing the glass sections, which is becoming increasingly normal across the entire Joinex product line in close to ten product areas.
”In the end, our capacity and competence in installation is an important quality assurance which minimises problems for the end customer”, says Roland.
In general, glass sections is a steadily growing product area for Joinex who offers specialist ability, breadth and a quality that is above the norm. Something of a key word is also optional.
”We have had a good deal of success with our ambition of being as flexible as possible when it comes to both our standard range and our specialist solutions. It’s made us into an attractive supplier irrespective of whether the customers prioritise exclusivity or cost efficiency. It also proves that we have been right in our efforts to become steadily more versatile”, Roland Andersson concludes.
