Right in the thick of Stockholm, on the corner of Drottninggatan and Mäster Samuelsgatan, Joinex has been taking part in an extensive building project. Here are the new and fashionable Head Offices of the global clothing company H&M and Joinex has been given the task of fitting out the interiors of the three office buildings with wall panelling and supplying the interior doors for the convector cabinets. And that’s not all, Joinex were entrusted with the task of developing the final designs themselves.

"That’s right. We were given rough sketches that we developed further and came with proposals on design details. It was all received very well by the client and it’s been really inspiring for us. Consequently, we’ve been able to put our experience to good use", says Christer Hedström from Joinex.

NCC, the contractor for the project, is pleased to emphasize the merits of Joinex as a supplier.

”Joinex is a high quality partner. Their know-how, quality and reliability are important attributes that make the projects run smoothly”, says NCC site manager Börje Petterson.

In total the project at 13 Beridarebanan, the official address of the H&M building, is a large one. The entire premises have been demolished to make way for the three new buildings. The ground floor now houses galleries and shops and there are six stories of offices above where Joinex products have been used in the inner core of the buildings for cloakrooms and kitchenettes, which contribute to the exclusive and elegant environment. Joinex supplied and installed around 1,700 wall panels and covered the 50 doors with similar panelling.
”That means the doors line up and 'blend in' to form continuous wall surfaces", says Christer Hedström.

Joinex has carried out installation of their products.
”Up to eight fitters have been working here at one time from mid-September to mid-November. Installation is an important part of the services we offer as it minimises mistakes and optimises the quality of the end product”, says Christer Hedström.
