Eleven specialists. A thousand possibilities. One focus.
If you ask our customers why Joinex is the leading supplier of carpentry products and specialist joinery in Scandinavia, you’ll probably receive a variety of answers.
And no wonder!
At present, Joinex comprises 11 fabricators, each one a specialist in just their field. Together, we are a combination of experience, expertise, capacity and competitiveness that gives us a unique opportunity to realize far reaching and very specific requests; from small product adaptations to specialist projects. From exciting alteration and extension projects to trendsetting new production. Renowned projects In addition to our wide range of products, there are two other things that have made Joinex well-known. One is the great honour we have had in taking part in many of the most renowned and prestigious projects here in Sweden as well as in Europe. The second is a well-known ability to handle very large projects. An especially pleasing confirmation of this is when prominent architects use us to discuss their design ideas. Traditional northern crafts on export As early as in the first half of the eighties, several years before recession started here at home, Joinex became a pioneer with its far-sighted ventures on new markets. A tough economic climate and a progressive domestic market have given us a good basis to grow on. This has been borne out by the increased success on export markets in recent years. Our largest export markets at present are Norway, Denmark, Germany, Russia and Japan. Technique, tradition and environment One important reason for our strength is our investment in modern techniques. When the market has not been able to offer sufficiently good solutions, we have often developed our own production techniques and even our own machines.
Nevertheless, the feel of the material and traditional craftsmanship will always be the basis for our operations. Although economic reality demands continuous improvements in efficiency, we consider it important to safeguard these qualities in each stage of development. Wood is a living material that cannot be handled with the same insensitive automation as metal and plastic, for example.
The environment is also an issue very close to our heart. Naturally, because we uphold environmentally friendly manufacturing techniques, but also because we are convinced that it is only when we manufacture in harmony with nature that we will reach long-term profit. Our size and the advantages of coordination we possess also make it possible for us to reach payoff in our investments in the environment.
