This spring, Joinex will be conducting a large, out-going marketing event when more than 70 building contractors in southern and mid-Sweden will be visited. Joinex will be informing about how the company’s unique product range and collective competence can simplify and improve conditions for clients in different ways.
”Many customers are only aware of one or a few sides of us. For one customer, Joinex is only a supplier of doors, for another it’s glass sections and for a third, it’s interiors and so on," says Mats Forsberg, salesman at Joinex and project manager for the extensive tour.
The advantages of using Joinex’s unique product range will therefore be an important message to communicate. Mats Forsberg will be using presentation material and brochures to show and talk about the whole product range. Of course, the customers will also be able to ask questions.
The collective knowledge at Joinex will also be stressed together with the benefits it gives the customers. ”Just as unique as the product range is the vast competence we have under just one roof. We wish to illuminate how our ability to optimise and solve problems can simplify and improve life for our customers as well as make it more economical. Tangibly, this saves time, work and money on the building site, for example,” says Mr Forsberg.
Included in the feedback coming from the tour, Joinex hopes there will be a number of new inquiries. Meanwhile, the event is also an important component of the internal build-up of knowledge. ”Thanks to our long experience, we know how important it is to meet with customers. I’ll be taking a new colleague with me on each trip in order to transfer new knowledge to our home base. It will also be a step on the path towards educating a new generation of Joinex employees.”
The entire activity will last for six weeks and will take place in stages this spring, starting at the end of January. ”This will be a sterling effort that feels really inspiring. I'm convinced that this will be to our advantage – not least through both new and strengthened customer relation,” says Mr Forsberg from Joinex.
