Over and above the supply and assembly of panelling to all three concert halls, Joinex has also received an order for 235 solid interior doors to the much talked-about Uppsala Concert and Congress Hall. The special panelling is being assembled at the moment. The Joinex assembly service is unique as it matches the company’s range of products completely – and it's being increasingly called for.
”The delivery of doors is made up of painted solid interior doors with wood and steel frames and will take place early this spring,” says Magnus Lindgren, salesman at Joinex.
Joinex is therefore on site with several joiners who will have carried out several thousand hours of assembly work when the job is complete in April. ”It’s a large and inspiring assignment. In total, there’s 1300 square metres made up of 1500 wall units in 120 different variations of dimensions just for the concert hall," says Einar Söderström, salesman at Joinex.
As Joinex often supplies customised and tailor-made solutions, their competence in the field of assembly services is just as high as in Joinex’s other operations. And even more Joinex customers are discovering the advantages of buying a complete package including assembly. ”Partly, it assures the quality of the final product. Being specialists of our own products, we can minimise errors and problems both in the short term and in the long term. It also simplifies life for the customer as we take full responsibility and keep check of all the details, from transport to humidity when assembling,” says Einar Söderström.
The new culture centre will have its inauguration later in 2007 and, as usual when a new major cultural facility is built, interest is high. ”It’s an inspiration for us. In these big projects, it’s in some way the future cultural experiences that are Joinex’s end product. Also, it’s yet another good reference in the field of public buildings," Einar concludes.
