Joinex Customer Days in Turning Torso a Hit

”Fascinating”. ”Smashing”. ”Really interesting”. These are just a few examples of the praise expressed towards Joinex during their customer days in Turning Torso at the end of August. Almost 180 customers were invited to view apartments and exhibitions and attend seminars. It was all held in the exclusive setting with a view in the conference rooms at the top of the building.
- I’m very, very pleased. It was just as I’d hoped and believed when the idea first came up, says Managing Director of Joinex Peter Forsséll.

Although the event was quite extensive, the idea was to keep it simple: To show off one Joinex’s finest reference objects for customers “on site” and live. To the Turning Torso, Joinex has supplied and installed the entire interior on the reception and conference floors. They have also supplied fuse box covers and interior doors on all 54 floors of the building. It was the scope of the Joinex undertaking that made such an impact on many of the visitors:
- I had no idea Joinex had done so much here. I was also surprised at the scope of the company that could be seen at the exhibitions, said Martina Johansson, project engineer with Skanska in Malmö. |

On the other hand, there were also lots of people already aware of the major role Joinex has played in this project but who were still overwhelmed to see and experience it with their own eyes.
- Definitely, now I’m here I can see how unique and exclusive the project and the building both are, said Lennart Boberg, buyer at NCC, impressed.
Also other aspects of the event were appreciated.
- It was also interesting for me to get information on all the new things that have happened at Joinex recently, for example their new recruitments and quality work, says Harald Stjernström, site manager with NCC.
The event also brought with it several joyous moments for Joinex in itself.
- It’s naturally valuable for us to reach out with information in this way. In addition, something that also pleases me is to bring together the different customer groups such as architects and contractors. It reinforces the insight and understanding for each other and it’s important we develop together, says a very pleased Peter Forsséll. |
