Our new co-workers possess an extensive experience and come from both our own industry as well as from completely different areas. This means Joinex is well prepared for the development and changes that are awaiting the building industry.

”By strengthening our organisation, we’re not only meeting the strong demand on our knowledge and our products, we are also lifting our sights towards future demands and needs,” says SSC Joinex’s Managing Director Peter Forsséll.

The future direction can be seen in the mix of both broad and peak competence with which the new employees are contributing.
”We’ve topped up with competence from the building and the entrepreneur sides of things as well as personnel with a sound knowledge from the engineering and IT sectors. This means we’re getting new, fresh thinking and competence at all levels,” says Forsséll.

How and when will clients notice any difference in their normal dealings with you?
”Thanks to the increase in personnel, of course we’ll be more available immediately," says Peter.

At the same time, the Managing Director of Joinex can expect even greater long-term advantages.
”We will be developing our added values, both existing ones and new ones, continuously. For example, we’ll be reinforcing our market position and making our products even better and more competitive - that is to say even simpler, more secure and more profitable to be a Joinex customer,” Forsséll concludes.
