Fresh figures indicate a remarkable development is taking place at Joinex. In just one year the result has doubled and even in comparison to the average domestic result within the timber branch, this profit shows a remarkably higher growth rate.

The reasons are manifold according to the company's Managing Director: "Joinexhas been given the confidence of supplying many large building projects where our product range has been an essential factor. We have a 'Dream Team' type of organisation. A cross-fertilization of industrial efficiency and the sensitivity of a craftsman. And a rare ability to take advantage of the Northerner's disposition."

The trend in their own earnings and their lead over colleagues in the same field of business both held their own in the first quarter 2006.
"Of course, it's a great feeling", says Managing Director of Joinex, Peter Forsséll. "It means that we're increasing our workforce by 10% this autumn. But I'm not surprised; it's been a conscious ambition that's now paying off."

An important part has been Joinex's ability to take on large and prestigious projects. Turning Torso in Malmö, the Swedish embassy in the USA and Norway's university hospital, St Olav’s, are examples where Joinex has played an important role.
"Of course, these merits make us more interesting and attractive in the marketplace", says Forsséll.

There are now 11 manufacturers gathered behind a common trademark, Joinex. "It's a rather unique team spirit for our field", says Forsséll, and continues, "It gives our customers access to a much wider range of products and skills."

Joinex has also succeeded in combining development and tradition in a somewhat special way. "We work very systematically with everything from quality control to competence development. Meanwhile, we keep a distinct link to craftsmanship with extremely skilful and professional workers", Forsséll claims.

He also claims that Joinex's base in the northern reaches of Sweden has its advantages: "Us Northerners are associated with essential basic values, such as stability and reliability. We put more into listening and action than into just talking. It's certainly paid off for us", Peter Forsséll concludes.
